Through life experiences I have discovered my heart for creativity. Because God is my source my passion for ministering through culinary was revealed over thirty years ago. Feeding others food for the soul is my way to serve God’s people. Years of Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Food Service leadership experiences and learnings has provided me an extensive background in various cuisines to include  soul, Italian and  American food. Because I find joy in creating joy through the stomachs of other’s I recognized a need for affordable catering.
